Data Protection: Use of our Website

Basic principle

Evetts Legal takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data as confidential and in accordance with data protection legislation.

Security note

We do all we can to store your personal data, by using all reasonable technical and organisational solutions, in such a way that it is not accessible to third parties. We cannot guarantee total data security during communication by E-mail, and therefore we recommend that you use the postal service for sensitive confidential information.

We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the creation, arrangement or amendment of the legal relationship and to provide legal services.

We collect, process and use personal data concerning the use of our website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the utilisation of the service by the user or to render the accounts for this.

We offer a contact form on our website. The personal data you provide us within your contact query is used to deal with your query and the technical administration this entails. Provision of this data is expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. Your data is treated confidentially and not disclosed to any third party.

We communicate personal data to third parties only when this is necessary in the performance of the contract. No further communication of your data to a third party takes place, or it takes place only when you have specifically authorised the communication. This website is powered by Squarespace.
